How to use
STEP 01
Gently twist out approx. 2 mm of the pencil core. Use light strokes to draw individual eyebrow hairs to filling in your brows.
STEP 02
Lightly blend with a brush, following the direction of your eyebrow hairs for a natural finish.
*When using with eyebrow powder or mascara, application in the following order is recommended;
Eyebrow Pencil - Eyebrow Powder - Eyebrow Mascara
*Twist core back in after use. This eyebrow pencil is not refillable.
